  • Mingzuo Duan (Larry Tuan)，the partner of the Law Firm, successively served as the head of the Legal Aid Center of the Bureau of Justice, the Legal Manager of Nepstar, the Securities Representative of Qixin Group (002781), and the Investment Bank Manager of Minsheng Securities. He was responsible for legal affairs and corporate governance and compliance construction，which have earned him a good reputation for his ability to work.

    Larry has been a lawyer for several years. During these years,Larry has hosted disputes over sales contracts, investment and financing contracts, service contracts, leasing contracts, criminal cases, personal rights disputes, intellectual property rights disputes, product quality disputes, labor contracts disputes, family disputes, etc.

    Larry holds the qualification of securities and funds, and has participated in the listing projects including Jier Technology (835510), Hua cheng Technology (839572), and Rocoi Share (603829), etc.
