  • Before working as a full-time lawyer, MR. Zhang once worked in the international business department of a large state-owned commercial bank and has qualifications for securities business, futures business, and insurance agent. Attorney Zhang holds a master's degree in economics from East China Normal University and a master's degree in law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University .

    Attorney Zhang’s main business scope is banking, insurance, securities and futures, trusts, funds, bonds, financial leasing, international trade financing ( letters of credit), etc.

    In terms of dispute resolution, Attorney Zhang focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration. Having been a lawyer for nearly 20 years, Attorney Zhang has represented hundreds of litigation and arbitration cases, and has accumulated rich experience in dispute resolution.
