Profile

Mr. Ma joined Hiways Law Firm (“Hiways”) in 2007 and has worked in the management of large state-owned enterprises for many years.

Mr. Ma has extensive experience in financial leasing, private equity, venture capital, IPO, M&A, etc. Especially in financial leasing, he serves as legal counsel for many large foreign and domestic financial leasing companies, resolving all kinds of financial leasing disputes and investment and financing disputes as an agent, and has rich experience in litigation, arbitration and enforcement.

1. Litigation/Arbitration Legal Services Since 2009, Mr. Ma has successfully handled hundreds of financial leasing, factoring and other litigation/arbitration cases, and has set up many typical cases in CIETAC, SHIAC and many provincial and municipal people's courts.

2. Enforcement Legal Services Mr. Ma has rich experience and remarkable results in enforcement legal services, and is able to actively overcome the complicated judicial environment and many other unfavorable factors in the implementation of the case, specializing in different circumstances, flexible negotiation, civil, administrative and criminal means to speed up the case resolution process. He has successfully repossessed hundreds of financial leasing equipment/production lines in total, and has won high praise from clients for the results of his work, and has maintained long-term cooperation with many large financial leasing companies.

Non-litigation/Arbitration Legal Services In the field of financial leasing, Mr. Ma has provided legal services for the establishment and registration of many leasing companies, the design of transaction structures, the preparation of transaction contracts, the drafting of rules and regulations, post-loan risk management, account collection, and the refinancing of leasing projects.
