Ms. Gao, graduating from East China University of political Science and Law, has been practicing in our law firm since 2017, and is now a full-time lawyer and partner of our financial legal service department.
For the past 6 years, Ms. Gao focuses on providing services on finance and its derivatives. She has handled a great deal of high-profile and complex projects and provides service on financial loan contract disputes, syndicated loan disputes, investment and financial disputes, insurance recovery disputes, commercial factoring disputes, credit card disputes, arbitration cases and post-litigation execution, asset acquisitions, non-performing assets disposals. She has led the litigation team to standardize the handling of batches of cross-regional cases, and hosted many large-scale commercial complex transaction projects.
Ms. Gao serves as Perennial Legal Counsel for several financial institutions. She specializing in financial innovation product compliance and wind control services. She provides customers with a full dimension of advisory services on financial supervision, advertising and marketing, intellectual property, labor and employment.
Representative cases:
Represented a number of banks in a series of financial loan contract disputes in litigation, arbitration and enforcement nationwide;
Worked as perennial legal counsel for Standard Chartered Bank, China Construction Bank and other institutions, providing legal advice on R&D of a number of new financial cross-border products and their international cooperations;
Represented a series of litigation cases of a third-party payment group's for their supply chain financial products;
Represented a third-party payment group dealing with nationwide breach of the group event litigation and public opinion handling;
Handled the first series of credit insurance mortgage product cases in Shanghai;
Represented a private equity investment dispute case (it was the first case of the same kind in Shanghai that dismantled the case of private equity to approve the nature of private lending);
Provided acquisition legal services for a benchmark project in a city of Zhejiang, and a bulk acquisition of a furniture mall and its supporting facilities (the total value of the subject matter is 1 billion +), rendering comprehensive service on the project negotiation, transaction structure design, due diligence, transaction negotiation, assisting in enforcement to bankruptcy, debt-equity swap; coordinating tax reduction and tax credit, applying for government preferential policies, and etc.
