Mr.Huang has been working in HIWAYS Law Firm since Oct.2010.Prior to entrance to HIWAYS,Mr.Huang had worked in Birindelli e Associati Beijing Representative Office,Chinalawinfo Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Co.,Ltd. During the period of working in Birindelli,Mr.Huang provided legal services for dozens of foreign-capital enterprises of Italy,participated in the negotiations with customers,translated all kinds of legal documents and offered consultion of legal risk prevention as well.Mr.Huang had worked as a full-time legal translator in International Department of Chinalawinfo Co., Ltd.,translated lots of laws , regulations as well as the cases published by courts.Mr.Huang had provided legal advices for the GEM listing of Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Co.,Ltd. during his position as the ministry of Legal Dept. of such company,asisting the securities lawyers draft legal documents for meetings which shareholders,roles and supervisors would attend as well as learning the process of the GEM listing.After entering HIWAYS,Mr.Huang participated in the projects of the listing on NEEQ of Shanghai Yinku Network Co.,Ltd.,Jiangsu Chengxin Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. and Shanghai Aoquan Advertising Ltd. Mr.Huang has accumulated lots of experience in litigation practice and non-litigation practice in HIWAYS.
