Profile

Mr.Guo has long focused his practice on the areas of real estate, mergers and acquisitions, finance and assets management, private equity/venture capital and other general corporate matters.

In the area of real estate, Mr. Guo has a wealth of experience. He has worked for Vanke, CITIC PACIFIC，China Railway Real Estate，Pan-China Group and other companies and institutions on various real estate development or acquisition projects including land procurement, primary development, development & construction, sales and after-sales service, leasing, commercial/office property operation, etc. His expertise covers designing transaction structure and negotiation strategy, participating in project negotiation and drafting relevant legal documents.

In the area of M&As and restructuring transactions，Mr. Guo provided the legal services typically include, among others, structuring the transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents, issuing legal or advisory opinions as well as assisting with the closing matters and completion of government approval procedures.

In the area of private equity investment and financing, Mr. Guo provided legal services to funds including Pingan Ventures, Hongliu Fund for establishment, registration, filing and investment. Mr. Guo served financial institutions as well as large corporations including Huajin Securities, China Pacific Property & Casualty Insurance, New China Trust, China Huarong Asset Management, Shanshan Corporation, etc.
