Ma Ninggang graduated from Northwest University of political Science and Law (former Northwest Institute of political Science and Law) in June 1987, and then studied for master's degree in East China University of political Science and Law. (civil and commercial).After graduation in June 1987 and engaged in the profession of law, successively in Ningxia Yinchuan law firm, Beijing Tianda law firm, Shanghai Guangming law firm, Shanghai Jiahua law firm practice. Now Shanghai Haihua Yongtai law firm senior partner, full-time lawyer.
