Since joined the trade team of Hiways Law Firm in 2013, Limy Lin mainly focused on trade law, foreign investment law (including Chinese enterprises’ foreign investments and foreign investments in China) and corporate law, with particular emphasis on Anti-dumping (“AD”) and Countervailing (“CVD”) cases initiated on the products originated in or exported from China by the USA, European Union, South America.etc. d. In the beginning of the year of 2018, invited by the senior partner of GRUNFELD DESIDERIO LEBOWITZ SILVERMAN KLESTADT LLP (GDLSK), Limy visited and worked in the branch office of GDLSK in Washington DC for three months. GDLSK is one of the largest law firms specializing in international trade and customs law in the United States. Limy received a Bachelor degree of Management from the University of Tasmania, Australia, a Bachelor degree of Marketing (International Trade) from Shanghai Ocean University and a Master degree of Law from Fudan University successively.

Defence of interest in a section 337 investigation for Baosteel Group;
Antidumping Administrative Review by the U.S on activated carbon originating from China (The Client was assigned zero AD rate in successive administrative review of anti-dumping in recent years);
Antidumping Investigation by the EU on Grain-oriented Silicon Steel originating from China (The client Baosteel was assigned the lowest AD rate among all the subject countries);
Antidumping Investigation by the Brazil on Automobile Safety Glass originating from China (The client Fuyao was assigned the lowest AD rate among all the subject countries);
Antidumping Investigation by Indonesia on Cold Rolled Steel from China (on behalf of our client Baosteel participated in the injury defense. Finally, KADI terminated the AD investigation on CRS due to national interest consideration);
Litigation and other means to safeguard rights for companies/individuals;
Permanent legal advisor for several large enterprises in different industry fields (construction industry, photovoltaic industry etc.);
