Since Susan engaged in legal service in 2001, she provided legal service to a hundred of well-known domestic, foreign companies and foreign investors such as GRA, RAAS China, Forbo, Harfor Fund, Ouer Tech, YASKAWA, Eaton China, COSCO, East Hope, Stock Star, Soft Bank, Fortis Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of Communications, SAMINA, Hoffmann, Clyde, H2O and so on. The legal service includes investment and financing, management construction, list in NEEQ, negotiation, labour and employment, general corporate practices, etc.

Susan also provided legal services such as equity structure design, equity incentive, equity financing, and M&A for lots of start-up companies in respect of medical treatment, new materials, new energy, robots, and unmanned drivers, etc.
Susan passed TEM8 and can provide bilingual legal service in Chinese and English.

Provided M&A, private placement and financing service for the second shareholder of a listed company (002252)—RAAS China, with a total financing amount of 580million RMB.
Provided investment and due diligence investigation service to angel investors and presented rectification schemes to the target company, sorted out the equity structure, eliminatednominal holding of shares and clearly identified equity structure.
Assisted the project company to build VIE structure and provided service for introducing investors. In Mar, 2015, the project company finished Round A of financing, introduced venture capitalists such as IDG, Morningside China, Banyan Partners, etc. Susan participated in every stage from initial discussion, scheme design, VIE structure building, negotiation with investors, relevant English documents review to finally provided suggestions and solutions for specific project operation.
Susan provided legal service for clients such as listing in the NEEQ, share structure reform and design, stock option incentive planning, etc.
