  • Attorney Wang advises clients in Real Estate, TMT, Financial, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Manufacture sectors on their complex litigation, M&A transactions property operation, and financing projects.

    He supports clients on corporate M&A, comprehensive financing, equity dispute, construction contracts, initial public offerings, and general corporate and commercial matters.

    His clients include Sinopec, Rainbow Group, Zhangjiang Group, Hyundai Heavy Industries, SPD Bank, Hangzhou Bank, Shangtex Fashion, Gongli Hospital, Shanshan Tech, CMIG, Gather Media, Shanghai International Medical Zone, Yuanshen Sports Centre, No.2 High School of ECNU, Austar Lighting, etc. Jun is also counseling more than 30 enterprises and institutes.

    Jun is regularly praised by his clients for knowing and understanding the crucial commercial elements and the legal issues behind it, as well as his legal service combined with realistic business operation and practice.

    He lectures on Contract Law, Corporate Law, and general legal issues at seminars organized by public institutions, and serving or served in a varsity of social roles, including on the Administrative Reconsideration Board of Pudong, an independent director of listed companies, etc.
