As a senior partner of HIWAYS Law Firm, he serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of Hiways Academy, a part-time instructor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, a member of the Shanghai Bar Association's Young Lawyers' Committee, a mediator at the Mediation Center of the China Small and Medium Enterprises Association, and a member of the young foreign-related talent group in Changning District.

- Software Distribution Contract Dispute Case for a Foreign Enterprise Client: Won a complete victory in the first instance, rejecting the other party's claim for over 50 million yuan in tort damages. The other party appealed to the Supreme People's Court, which upheld the original judgment.
- Series of Enforcement Cases for Real Estate Groups: Collaborated with the group's legal department to handle dozens of enforcement cases, efficiently resolving enforcement measures for real estate groups and related responsible persons, seeking the best balance between efficiency and cost.
- Contract Dispute Case for a Hong Kong Client in Shanghai: Without any written agreement, the team sorted through a large number of emails, held several online meetings to understand the transaction background, assisted the client in handling overseas notarization procedures, seized real estate and bank accounts, and successfully added multiple defendants based on experience in capital reduction procedures and personality confusion issues, efficiently resolving the dispute.
- Real Estate Enterprise Financial Loan Case: Took property preservation measures immediately upon acceptance of the case, and together with the judge, went to Beijing several times to seize multiple plots of land and freeze a large amount of funds in the defendant's account, ultimately handling the case efficiently and promptly.
