As a partner of HIWAYS Law Firm, Nova graduated from Tongji University with a Master of Laws, and is also a member of the Chinese Law Society.

Nova’s team is deeply involved in the fields of IP, dispute resolution and corporate consulting, and has relatively rich experience and skills in litigation and arbitration. Key Cases

In a software distribution contract dispute case, the first instance rejected all the plaintiff's claims, and the other party appealed to the Supreme People's Court. The judgment of the first instance was upheld after negotiation, and ultimately stopped losses of more than 50 million for the customer and timely maintained the commercial value of the customer's brand.
In a financial loan contract case, timely communication with relevant departments and freezing of a large amount of funds and real estate of the borrower, occupying a dominant position for customers
In the execution case of a well-known real estate company, a large number of clues about the property of the person subject to execution were investigated after accepting, the external claims and new accounts were frozen at the first time, and the team members went to the local several times, and the client successfully received millions of RMB in a short time, to effectively solve the problem of ineffective implementation for many years.
A Hong Kong company commissioned a contract dispute case, coordinated with Hong Kong lawyers in time, assisted the client in handling notarization procedures throughout the process, and successfully implemented the effect of expanding one defendant into multiple defendants based on the non-compliance of the capital reduction procedure and the mixed personality of the case. Quickly freeze office buildings, bank accounts, etc., forcing the defendant to pay money.
Assist clients in handling criminal reports after the official seal was forged, and successfully pursued the criminal responsibility of two criminal suspects. Forging official seals is one of the most common criminal offences, but the possibility of the Police filing a case for investigation is not high.
