Partner Zhang is good at transaction structure design and business negotiation, whose represented clients include China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank of China, China Guangfa Bank, Alibaba, Jingdong Finance, We Bank, etc. Partner Zhang is good at designing the transaction structure of financial products, litigation and execution, and leads the team to recover more than 100 million yuan of non-performing assets for financial institutions every year.
