Lawyer Zhen Su is a bachelor of accounting from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, has experienced academic studies in undergraduates and master of law from the East China University of Political Science and Law, is highly talented in many areas, and is expert in business management and integration of M & A. Mr. Su is one of the first generation participants of M & A of listed companies in China’s capital market, in 1990s he engaged in credit rating, listed company counseling and M & A business in the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and later served as a principal responsible person with large groups, investment companies, and several high-tech listed companies (Hongsheng Technology 600817, Wang Chunhua 600645, and Zheda Haina 000925), while participating in, operating and leading those M & A business, more than tens of billion yuan are involved in.

Mr. Su is expert in strategic planning, enterprise management, M & A, industrial integration and implementation, particularly good at dealing with complicated professional problems concerned with enterprise operation, M & A and company law related affairs. In terms of traditional industries, technology enterprises, cold chain, supply chain, and logistics ecosystem, Mr. Su has tremendous experience in building, integration and operation affairs.

Mr. Su has practical experience in business management of startup enterprises and listed companies, has good understanding of entrepreneur’s demands and pain points. Plus, Mr. Su is the first batch of securities investment consulting practice certificates registered by China Securities Regulatory Commission. Meanwhile, Mr. Su worked in almost all important service industries related to investment, such as credit evaluation, asset appraisal, audit, financial consultant, property broker, lawyer, etc. Mr. Su has fund practice certificate, property broker certificate and engineer title, and served as the Deputy-Secretary-General of National Association with rich practical experience.
