  • Ms. Liva Wan was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 2005, and received her license to practice in 2007.

    Ms. Wan specializes in FDI, M&A, dissolution and liquidation, IPR, Unfair-competition, PE and etc.

    Ms. Wan has participated in many FDI projects and M&A projects, including project structuring, negotiations, legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, the establishment of legal entities, designing labor relationship plans, handling authority procedures, dealing with the disputes arisen from the cooperation, and etc. She is quite familiar with dissolution and liquidation of foreign-invested enterprises, and has extensive experience in dealing with duty free equipment, employment, taxation, foreign exchange and etc.

    Ms. Wan serves as the legal counselor for clients on IRP issues, and the compliance management related to unfair-competition, including the design of the management systems on trade secrets, trademark and copyright; litigation on the disputes related to trade secrets, trademark, copyright and patent; and compliance investigation, resolution.
