Ms. Ma Jingyun qualified as a lawyer in 1999, joined Heilongjiang University Law Firm as a full-time lawyer in 2001 and Shanghai Hiways Law Firm as a partner in 2006, and became a senior partner of Shanghai Hiways Law Firm in 2008, having rich experience in lawyer practice.

In 20 years of practice, Ms. Ma Jingyun has unique experience and methods in dealing with commercial and financial crimes, job-related crimes, criminal compliance, enterprise criminal risk prevention and control, and commercial dispute settlement.
